I am Laura Crosby—a Strategic Operations Executive, Supply Chain Catalyst, and People-First Leader with over 27 years of experience delivering strategic product and service innovations for food, agriculture, and industrial customers. 

I specialize in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver new products and service solutions to your customers. Whether it’s launching services for startups, delivering a new consumer product solution to the grocery shelf,  or scaling transportation operations—I bring clarity, collaboration, and results.
