Our CEO

Laura grew up in the Twin Cities. She and her husband have three children, and together enjoy three dogs! Laura spent 27 years with Cargill where she had several strategic business development, marketing and operations roles leading food innovation growth and a transformation in global transportation operations. She holds an MBA from University of Chicago, and a BA in Political Science from Harvard University. She also serves on the Governance Board (currently Vice Chair) of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. Laura loves spending time outdoors and especially exploring the forests and trails near her cabin on Minnesota’s North Shore
